Prepare vegetables: Cut tops off onions, hollow out leaving 2-3 outer layers; hollow tomatoes and peppers.

Mix rice, ground lamb, herbs, baharat, 1 tbsp each tomato paste and pomegranate molasses, salt.

Stuff all vegetables and roll grape leaves with filling.

Arrange in large pot: grape leaves on bottom, then layered stuffed vegetables.

Mix remaining tomato paste, pomegranate molasses, mint with 4 cups water. Pour over dolma.

Weight with a plate, cover. Simmer 2-2.5 hours until rice is tender.

Serve warm with cooking liquid.
