Spiced Buttered Potato Hors d'Oeuvre with Nigella

Instructions
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt slowly, keeping the heat gentle so it softens without browning.
Grate or thinly slice the cooked potatoes. Add them to the pan and sauté for 3–4 minutes, stirring carefully so the pieces stay intact and become evenly coated with butter.
Sprinkle in the turmeric, black seed, and red chili pepper. Stir gently and cook for about 1 minute, allowing the spices to bloom and release their aroma.
Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the potatoes to a serving dish. Finish with a generous sprinkle of freshly chopped coriander and serve warm as an appetizer.
