Herbed Cheese Hors d'Oeuvre (Ardour Panir)

Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and crumbled feta. Mix thoroughly until smooth and fully blended.
Add the minced garlic (or garlic powder), chopped parsley, and chopped mint. Stir until the herbs are evenly distributed.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 20 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up, making it easier to shape.
Using clean hands or a small scoop, portion the mixture and roll into small balls about the size of a walnut.
Roll each cheese ball in the chopped walnuts or sesame seeds, pressing gently so the coating adheres evenly.
Refrigerate the finished cheese balls until ready to serve. Just before serving, arrange them on a platter lined with grape leaves, celery leaves, or lettuce leaves.
