Lebanese Flatbread Skillet Pizza with Sausage and Vegetables

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Lightly grease a round baking tray with olive oil.
Place the Lebanese breads flat on the prepared tray, trimming if necessary to fit.
Spread a thin, even layer of ketchup over the surface, then drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Arrange the tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, sausage, and olives evenly over the bread.
Sprinkle a generous layer of grated mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, then season with salt and black pepper.
Slowly pour the egg mixture evenly over the pizza to help bind the toppings.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
