Sesame-Glazed Chicken Kebabs with Fresh Garden Salad
"Experience a vibrant explosion of umami and freshness with these protein-packed skewers that bring the sizzle of the grill straight to your healthy lifestyle."
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to absorb.
Meanwhile, prepare the salad: place the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and gently toss. Set aside.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken evenly onto skewers, leaving a little space between pieces for even cooking.
Grill the kebabs for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly charred. If desired, brush lightly with any remaining marinade during grilling.
To serve, arrange the salad on plates, top with the hot chicken kebabs, and add lemon wedges on the side for a bright finish.
