Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped garlic, ground ginger, salt, cinnamon, coriander, black pepper, and cumin. Stir until the spices are evenly blended.
Add the meat pieces to the spice mixture and gently massage until all sides are thoroughly coated.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 8 hours, allowing the spices to penetrate the meat and develop deep flavor.
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Lightly oil the grates if needed to prevent sticking.
Grill the marinated meat, turning occasionally, until fully cooked, lightly charred on the outside, and aromatic.
Remove from the grill and let rest briefly. Serve hot with fresh vegetables, flatbread, or steamed rice.
