Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped meat, sausage, and grated garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sausage is deeply browned and aromatic.
Transfer the cooked meat mixture to a strainer and allow excess oil to drain for a few minutes. This prevents the omelette from becoming greasy.
Place the drained meat mixture in a bowl and stir in the salt, ground cumin, tomato paste, and soy sauce until evenly combined. Let the mixture cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and well blended.
Spread the seasoned meat mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the top, ensuring it covers the filling evenly.
Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes, or until the omelette is fully set in the center and lightly golden on top.
