Instructions
Place the chopped black olives into a food processor or blender.
Add the garlic and green onions; pulse until finely combined but still slightly textured.
Add the Parmesan cheese, softened butter, and olive oil. Process until creamy and well blended.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and gently fold in the fresh parsley.
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking tray in a single layer.
Spread an even layer of the olive-cheese mixture over each slice, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
