Creamy Chicken & Pea Hutek Far Kase

Instructions
Place the chicken breast and thigh in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer until fully cooked and tender. Remove the chicken and reserve about ½ cup of the cooking broth.
Once cool enough to handle, cut the cooked chicken into bite-sized, stew-style pieces.
Return the chicken to a saucepan. Add the reserved broth and stir in the cream, mixing until smooth.
Place the pan over low heat and warm gently, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking or separation.
Add the green peas, salt, black pepper, and a light pinch of nutmeg. Stir well and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, just until the peas are tender and the flavors are well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then remove from heat.
Serve the creamy chicken warm, accompanied by cooked white rice and the boiled potato on the side.
