Instructions
Lay the lavash breads flat on a clean work surface.
Sprinkle the grated cheddar evenly over one half of each lavash, creating a base that will melt and bind the filling.
Evenly distribute the cooked chicken over the cheese.
Arrange the apple slices alongside the chicken and gently press them into the filling so they stay in place.
Spoon and spread the tomato sauce over the filling for added moisture and flavor.
Fold the empty half of each lavash over the filling and press lightly to form a compact wrap.
Heat a thin layer of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for about 3 minutes, turning once if needed, until golden, crisp, and heated through.
