Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the saffron-marinated chicken fillets with the chopped herbs, grated mozzarella, and the mixed mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
Trim the crusts from the bread slices if desired. Spread a thin, even layer of softened butter on one side of each slice.
Spoon about one tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto the unbuttered side of a bread slice, spreading it gently to create an even layer.
