Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, pepper, chopped eggs, and chicken. Mix until smooth and well blended. Set aside as the first filling.
In another bowl, mix 100 g cream cheese with walnuts, olives, and creamy yogurt until evenly combined. This forms the second filling.
In a third bowl, stir together the chopped spicy salami, grated onion, and red chili sauce to taste. Set aside as the third filling.
Arrange three slices of toast side by side on a serving platter to create the base. Lightly spread with softened butter.
Spread the first filling evenly over the bread layer, reaching the edges.
Top with three more slices of toast, lightly buttered, and spread the second filling evenly.
Add the final three slices of toast, butter lightly, and spread the third filling on top.
In a separate bowl, whisk the 700 g cream cheese with the malt beverage until smooth, fluffy, and spreadable.
Use half of this mixture to frost the top and sides of the sandwich cake, smoothing with a spatula.
Decorate with the remaining cream cheese mixture as desired. Refrigerate for about 2 1/2 hours until firm.
Slice carefully and serve well chilled.
