Mediterranean-Style Beef Steak Roll with Vegetables

Instructions
Place the beef fillet between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound with a meat mallet until evenly flattened to about 0.5 cm thickness.
Season both sides with salt and black pepper. Rub the surface with crushed garlic, soy sauce, and vegetable oil for even flavoring.
Arrange the carrot and zucchini slices evenly over the beef, then sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top.
Starting from one long side, carefully roll the beef into a tight log, enclosing the filling. Secure with toothpicks to hold its shape.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a small amount of oil. Sear the steak roll on all sides until golden brown and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Remove from heat, discard the toothpicks, and rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
