Mediterranean-Style Beef Stir-Fry with Bell Peppers

Instructions
Slice the beef fillet into thin, even strips so it cooks quickly and remains tender.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wide pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and sliced onion, stirring frequently, and cook for 8–10 minutes until the beef is cooked through and the onions are lightly golden.
Add the red, yellow, and green bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, just until the peppers are slightly softened but still crisp and brightly colored.
Pour in the sweet soy sauce and salty soy sauce, then sprinkle in the black pepper. Toss everything together so the sauce evenly coats the beef and vegetables.
Remove from the heat and serve immediately while hot, allowing the aromas and vibrant colors to shine.
