Microwave Cheesy Chicken & Veggie Chips Bake

Instructions
Place the chopped mushrooms and bell pepper in a microwave-safe bowl. Season lightly with black pepper and turmeric.
Microwave uncovered on high power for 4 minutes to soften the vegetables. If excess liquid forms, carefully drain it off.
Since the chicken and other components are already cooked, no additional pre-cooking is required.
Lightly grease a round ceramic or Pyrex dish suitable for two servings. Spread an even base layer of chips across the bottom.
Distribute the chicken fillet, softened mushrooms, bell pepper, salami (if using), corn, and peas evenly over the chips.
Sprinkle half of the grated mozzarella over the layered ingredients.
Add a second, slightly smaller layer of chips on top, followed by the remaining toppings. Finish with the rest of the mozzarella.
Microwave on high power for 2 to 2½ minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Sprinkle with dried thyme and serve immediately while hot.
