Microwave Walnut Bread (Nan Gerdooyi)

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg with the milk and melted butter until smooth and lightly frothy.
Add the sugar and flour, stirring gently just until the batter comes together. Avoid over-mixing to keep the bread soft.
Fold in the chopped walnuts, dates, and mashed banana until evenly distributed.
Lightly grease a shallow microwave-safe dish with sides about 3–4 cm high. Pour in the batter and smooth the surface.
Cook in the microwave at 70% power for 10–12 minutes, until the center is set and springs back lightly when touched.
Remove from the microwave and let rest for a few minutes to finish setting.
Dust with icing sugar before serving. Keep covered to prevent drying.
