Mini Vegetable Pizza Bowls
"Elevate your next gathering with these adorable, bite-sized pizza bowls that pack all the savory magic of a deep-dish slice into a perfectly portioned vegetable feast."
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the dry milk powder, sugar, salt, and active dry yeast. Add the neutral oil and stir to combine.
Gradually add water while mixing, then slowly incorporate the flour until a soft dough forms. Knead by hand until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
Divide the risen dough into small portions. Roll each portion into a circle and gently press it into the muffin tin, shaping it into a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives until softened. Stir in the corn, pizza sauce, salt, and black pepper, and cook briefly until well combined.
Fill each dough bowl with the vegetable mixture, then top generously with grated pizza cheese.
Bake for 20–30 minutes, until the dough is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm.
