Mushroom & Egg Breakfast Pizza

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and place a rack in the middle position.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté until soft and lightly golden, about 5–7 minutes.
Add the chopped garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant. Remove from the heat to prevent burning.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking tray or preheated pizza stone.
Evenly scatter the mozzarella cheese over the dough to create a creamy base.
Spread the mushroom and garlic mixture evenly over the cheese.
Carefully crack the eggs over the pizza, spacing them evenly so each slice gets some yolk.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top, then finish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if using.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the egg whites are just set, the yolks are still slightly soft, and the cheese is fully melted. Serve immediately.
