Persian-Style Garlic Chili Chicken Wings (Bal-e Morgh ba Sos-e Sir)
"Elevate your wing game with this bold Persian infusion where pungent garlic and sun-dried chilies create a sophisticated, spicy glaze that is impossible to resist."
Instructions
Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl and pat them dry thoroughly to help the marinade adhere and promote browning.
Add the vinegar, chopped onion, garlic, fresh red chili peppers, paprika, hot red pepper, olive oil, and fresh oregano to the bowl.
Mix well until all the wings are evenly coated with the marinade.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 3 hours, allowing the flavors to penetrate the meat.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer in a baking dish or on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning the wings once halfway through if desired, until fully cooked, golden on top, and slightly crispy at the edges.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to settle.
