Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Lightly grease a round or rectangular baking dish and set it aside.
In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the melted butter and mix until the texture becomes crumbly.
Add the eggs and milk, then knead gently by hand until a smooth, soft, and uniform dough forms. Cover and let the dough rest while you prepare the filling.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
Add the ground meat to the pan and cook, stirring regularly, until browned. Season with salt and your preferred spices, then continue cooking for about 15 minutes until fully cooked and aromatic.
Roll out the rested dough into a large circular sheet. Carefully place it into the prepared baking dish, pressing it gently into the base and allowing the edges to rise slightly.
Spread the cooked meat mixture evenly over the dough. Pour the white sauce over the meat, spreading it evenly, then sprinkle generously with grated pizza cheese.
Bake for 20–30 minutes, or until the dough is fully cooked and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden. Remove from the oven, let rest briefly, then slice and serve warm.
