Quick Microwave Beef Burgers
"Satisfy your burger cravings in record time with this ingenious, no-fuss recipe that delivers a juicy, savory meal from bowl to plate in under 15 minutes."
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and evenly seasoned.
Divide the mixture into 2–3 equal portions and shape each into a flat patty. Keeping the patties even in thickness helps them cook uniformly in the microwave.
Brush or pour the oil onto a microwave-safe plate. Place the patties on the plate, leaving a little space between each one.
Microwave on full power for 3–4 minutes total, turning the patties halfway through to ensure even cooking. The burgers should be firm and cooked through.
Serve the hot patties between slices of white bread. Spoon tomato sauce over the top and finish with chopped parsley before serving.
