Saffron-Infused Microwave Lasagna

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the ground meat, bell pepper, mushrooms, fried onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly. Microwave uncovered on high power for 10 minutes, stirring once halfway, until the meat is fully cooked.
In a separate microwave-safe container, dissolve the tomato paste in boiling water. Add the saffron and butter, then microwave for 2–3 minutes until aromatic and well blended.
Pour the tomato-saffron mixture over the cooked meat. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
In a large microwave-safe container, microwave water on high for about 10 minutes until boiling. Add vegetable oil and a pinch of salt.
Add the lasagna sheets to the boiling water and microwave on high for 6–8 minutes until just tender. Drain carefully.
In a microwave-safe baking dish, arrange a layer of lasagna sheets. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce, followed by a layer of the meat mixture and a layer of cheese. Repeat the layers twice, finishing with cheese on top.
Cover the dish and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Uncover and microwave for another 5 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and the lasagna is heated through.
Let the lasagna rest for a few minutes before serving so the layers can set.
