Savory Beef & Broccoli Gouda Pizza

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). Prepare a baking tray or preheat a pizza stone according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until soft and lightly golden. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced beef fillet to the pan and cook briefly, stirring, until just browned but still tender.
Add the broccoli florets and season with soy sauce to taste. Sauté for another 2–3 minutes, until the broccoli is tender-crisp and well coated with the savory juices. Remove from heat.
Roll out the pizza dough on the prepared tray or peel, shaping it to your desired thickness.
Evenly distribute the beef and broccoli mixture over the dough, spreading it out to ensure balanced toppings in every bite.
Sprinkle the grated Gouda cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for about 25–30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crisp and the cheese is fully melted with light browning.
Remove from the oven, let rest for a minute, then slice and serve hot.
