Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a thin rectangle, keeping the thickness even for uniform baking.
In a small bowl, mix the tomato sauce with the hot sauce. Spread this mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the pizza cheese evenly over the sauce, ensuring good coverage for a melty interior.
Distribute the sliced ham, mushrooms, chopped bell pepper, and olives evenly across the dough.
Starting from the long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Seal the seam underneath to keep the filling inside.
Brush the outside of the roll with egg yolk to create a glossy, golden crust.
Transfer the roll to the prepared tray and bake for about 15 minutes, or until puffed and nicely browned.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing into rings and serving.
