Spicy Garden Vegetable Pizza with Jalapeño
"Experience a vibrant explosion of garden-fresh vegetables and bold jalapeño heat atop a perfectly golden, artisan-style crust."
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F), allowing it to fully heat for even baking.
Lightly oil a pizza pan. Stretch the pizza dough slightly larger than the pan and place it on top, letting the edges rise naturally.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge for the crust.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce to create a smooth, melty base.
Evenly distribute the red and green bell peppers, red onion rings, mushrooms, and jalapeño slices across the pizza.
Scatter the sliced black olives over the vegetables.
Season with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Lightly brush olive oil over the exposed edges of the dough to help develop a golden, crisp crust.
Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
Remove from the oven, let the pizza rest for 2–3 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
