Slice the turkey fillet into four thick, even rounds for uniform cooking.
Place the turkey pieces inside a sturdy freezer bag and gently pound with a meat mallet until each piece is about 1 cm thick.
Remove the turkey from the bag and season evenly with chopped green onion, chili, and salt.
Return the turkey to the bag and pound again until each scallop reaches approximately 0.5 cm thickness. This step helps tenderize the meat and press the seasonings into the surface.
Heat the oil in a wide, heavy skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
Lightly dredge each turkey scallop in flour, shaking off any excess to keep the coating thin.
Place the turkey into the hot pan and cook for about 5 minutes per side, turning once, until golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with fresh lemon slices. Serve hot.
